Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LensLock StudioGrid services and rental of premium video production spaces.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, booking a studio, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use LensLock StudioGrid services.
2. Studio Bookings and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations must be confirmed online or via email with full payment. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations for any reason including violation of house rules or safety concerns. Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
3. Payment and Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. A valid credit card is required at booking. Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Late arrivals beyond 30 minutes will result in forfeiture of the remaining time without refund.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Weather-related closures allow a one-time reschedule within 30 days.
5. Equipment and Facility Use
Users must operate all lighting, cameras, and rigging equipment responsibly. Damage to any property caused by misuse will be charged to the account holder at full replacement cost. Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
6. Liability and Insurance
LensLock StudioGrid is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property or third parties. All renters must maintain valid liability insurance of at least $1,000,000. We encourage production teams to provide certificates of insurance prior to arrival.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Any recorded material remains the exclusive property of the content creator. LensLock StudioGrid reserves the right to use anonymized imagery of the studios for marketing purposes. You may not resell or sublet studio time.
8. Account and Conduct
Account holders must keep login credentials secure. Abuse, harassment of staff, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all prepaid bookings.
